Cathy Waidelich began as the a Director in the residence halls of Southern Illinois University. From there, she became the Director of the SIU Wellness Center, and was responsible for administering over 1,000 people. While at SIU, Cathy got her Masters Degree in counseling and was active in marriage counseling. All of these positions taught her how to negotiate, and see all points of view in a discussion. Now she applies those counseling skills to help her clients make difficult choices. She also uses her experience as a powerful negotiator.
Paul began his real estate career in mortgage. He refers many clients to specialty brokers with the lowest rates on the appropriate programs. He also helps review closing documents, so that the costs you were promised by the lender are the costs you end up paying. Paul’s background is in advertising sales and marketing. He also owned a website design company. These skills have progressed to making Paul a natural marketer of homes. Whether it’s creating flyers, online brochures, adding your information to one of Cathy and Paul’s websites, to simply creating the best photos possible for the MLS, Paul makes certain your marketing campaign is thoughtful and well-presented.
